張甘霖,男,1966年生,博士,研究員,博士生導師。土壤與農業可持續發展國家重點實驗室主任。
1987年畢業于華中農業大學土化系,獲農學學士學位;1990年和1993年在中國科學院土壤研究所分別獲得理學碩士和博士學位。1994-1995年在德國基爾大學土壤與植物營養研究所從事土壤空間變異和土壤地理信息系統研究,1998年和2000年在德國埃森大學生態研究所從事城市土壤研究。2001年晉升為研究員,2006年獲國家自然科學杰出青年基金資助。入選江蘇省“333”人才第二層次培養對象,江蘇省有突出貢獻中青年專家,享受國務院政府特殊津貼,國家自然科學基金學科評審組專家。任中國土壤學會常務理事,國際土壤科學聯合會土壤發生委員會主席、城市土壤工作組副主席,全球數字土壤制圖網絡(GlobalSoilMap.net)東亞中心負責人,國際土壤分類組織(WRB)人為土分類協調人,FAO“政府間土壤專家小組”(ITPS)成員。是《Geoderma》、《中國科學-地球科學》、《土壤學報》、《地理科學》、《干旱區研究》等雜志編委。曾獲國家自然科學二等獎、海南省科學技術二等獎、中華農業科技三等獎等多項獎勵。
長期從事土壤發生、土壤系統分類、數字土壤制圖和土壤資源評價研究。近年來主持了科技部基礎性工作專項“我國土系調查與《中國土系志》編制”、科技部國際科技合作專項“全球數字土壤制圖東亞區合作研究”、國家自然科學杰出青年基金項目“基于時間序列的土壤演變過程與速率研究”、國家自然科學基金重點項目“黑河流域關鍵土壤屬性數字制圖研究”、歐盟第七框架研究項目(FP7)“e-SOTER”、中國科學院知識創新工程重要方向性項目“我國重要土壤類型的演變過程、系統分類與區域制圖”等多個國家重大和重點項目、國際合作項目。深入研究了我國重要土壤類型(水耕人為土壤和熱帶地區土壤)的演變過程與系統分類,成果被國際土壤分類采用;率先在我國開展了較系統的城市土壤研究,成果被廣泛引用;主持建立了我國土系劃分的原則與標準,并以此為依據建立了我國3000多個典型土系;開展了我國多個典型地區的數字土壤制圖研究,為更新我國土壤資源清單奠定了基礎。已發表論文250余篇,其中SCI論文60多篇,出版專著多部。
招收具有土壤學、環境科學、地球化學、自然地理、地理信息系統與遙感等專業背景的碩士和博士研究生。研究方向包括:土壤發生與環境變化、土壤系統分類學、數字土壤制圖。
