      研究員,博士生導師,國家杰出青年基金獲得者。1984和1987年畢業于南京農業大學土壤農業化學系,分別獲學士和碩士學位;2003年在中國科學院南京土壤研究所獲博士學位。1987年起在中國科學院南京土壤研究所工作,1997-1998年在澳大利亞昆士蘭林業研究所和Griffith大學做高級訪問學者,2004-2006年在日本國立農業環境技術研究所(NIAES)任JSPS特別研究員。長期從事土壤碳氮轉化及其環境效應研究,主持了國家杰出青年基金項目、重點基金項目、國際(地區)合作與交流項目、中科院戰略性先導科技專項A和B類課題、973項目課題等,發表SCI收錄論文80多篇,以第一作者發表SCI論文20多篇,獲得國家自然科學二等獎、國家科技進步二等獎、全國百篇優秀博士學位論文獎和中國科學院首屆優秀博士學位論文獎。兼任畜禽養殖廢棄物資源化處理科技創新聯盟常務理事、中國土壤學會理事、中國環境科學學會環境地學分會副主任委員和中國自然資源學會濕地資源保護專業委員會副主任委員。

      研究領域:土壤化學,環境生物學.

      重點研究:①濕地生態系統溫室氣體排放和微生物機制,②土壤氮素轉化機理、含氮氣體產生過程和保氮原理,③土壤有機碳轉化和累積機制、土壤地力定向培育技術,④奶牛排泄物無害化、成肥和農田消納技術。
